Malco's Wheeled Magnetic Sweep easily navigates uneven terrain while attracting and retaining metal debris. The 4 (10 cm) diameter magnet housing is designed to freely rotate on a stainless steel axle. There is no need for height adjustment. The cylindrical housing turns slightly as obstacles are encountered to prevent captured debris from being wiped off during use. The Wheeled Sweeps' rotational quick release allows material to be removed from the tool quickly and easily. A heavy duty torsion spring returns magnetic surface of housing to down position after debris is released. A large capacity collection hopper allows multiple releases of debris without having to travel to a common dumping location. Permanent magnets assure long service life and resistance to shock and vibration. Magnets are also replaceable. A T-handle with cushion grips offers superior maneuverability and control. Wheeled Magnetic Sweep comes in 24" (61 cm) 34 (86 cm) width.
REMOVABLE COLLECTION HOPPER
The hopper feature allows multiple releases of debris without having to travel to a common dumping location. The quick release mechanism rotates the cylindrical housing toward a wiper blade that clears debris off the housing and directs it into the large capacity hopper. Filled hopper is easily lifted off the sweeper frame by hand and emptied.

Malco Products, Inc. got its start in 1950 when a young steel supply salesman, Mark W.Keymer, decided to manufacture and market a pipe crimper he had invented for use in installing the "new" sheet metal ductwork used with forced air heating systems. More tools soon followed, including: the first hand seamer to employ compound leverage; a time saving hand notcher that made a V-shaped cut in one motion; and a hand operated, snap lock punch to complete the basic sheet metal tool set. Today Malco Products, Inc. is the nation's leading manufacturer of "tools of the trade" for HVAC (Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning) professionals. In 1975 Malco also created a vital specialty tool market for EXTERIOR REMODELING professionals (Installers of Roofing, Siding and Gutter) and holds the leadership position in that niche as well. Corporate headquarters and manufacturing facilities are located in Annandale, Minnesota, just outside the Minneapolis / St. Paul metroplex. Malco continues its founder's tradition of leadership and innovation by addressing a changing industry landscape and responding to emerging market needs for new specializations and more customized products and services.
